By creating a Negosio account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Negosio.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

You retain responsibility for the business information, customer information, products, transactions and other content you enter into Negosio. You must have the right to use information you upload.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Negosio to break the law, abuse other users, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or misuse third-party services.
5. Plans and billing
Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing periods, trials and cancellation terms are presented in the product when applicable. Do not rely on Negosio's estimated profit figures as official accounting or tax records.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep Negosio available and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, outages or circumstances outside our control.
7. Suspension and termination

Negosio's software, branding and original platform materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute the platform without permission.

Negosio is a business-management tool, not a licensed accounting, tax, legal or financial advisory service. You are responsible for verifying records and complying with applicable requirements.
